Group members will:
Learn about different types of personal boundaries
Replace self-limiting beliefs and thinking patterns with positive and self-enhancing beliefs
Recognize boundary violations against self and others
Learn and practice self-talk and open communication
Start establishing healthy personal boundaries and begin to feel more grounded.
